General
- Subject to stock availability.
- We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for that item.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

- Do note that the prices stated are for orders amounting to a total standard weight of 1.0 kilogram nett. For orders exceeding the standard weight, additional shipping charges will be applicable. In such cases, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Shipping Insurance
- We do offer the option of insurance for all our international shipments. Should a customer desire insurance, 1% of the product’s price will be added to the final amount. The option to add insurance will be given to the customer at check-out.
- All our local door-to-door deliveries are insured by default.
Returns
- DDS does not partake in returns under any circumstance. All our products are of high quality and undergo rigorous checking prior to being shipped.
Delivery Terms
- Transit Time Domestically
- In general, deliveries within Singapore are completed within 1 to 2 days of the product being ready.
- Transit Time Internationally
- Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 to 10 days. This varies, depending on your geographic location. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you have chosen your location at checkout.
Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of being prepared. Our office operates on Monday – Friday (11am to 7pm) except on national holidays, at which time the office will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
Ship-Out Date Terms
- Subject to all items apart from custom made jewellery items.
- Standard delivery ship-out date is 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays), upon payment confirmation.
- Shipping Transit Time may vary based on country or region.
Change of Delivery Address
- We are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Kindly Contact Us urgently for any such changes.
Items Out of Stock
- If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Delivery Time Exceeded
- If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please Contact Us so that we can investigate.
Tracking Notifications
- For orders outside Singapore, upon dispatch, customers will receive a 16 Digit FedEx Tracking Number. They may track the progress of their shipment via the FedEx website.
Taxes/Custom/Import Duties, etc
- Prices on our website do not include any tax. For all Singapore orders, GST at prevailing rate is applicable. All taxes and customs/import duties, etc outside Singapore are for the account of the buyer.
Parcel Lost In-Transit
- In the event of genuine loss, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost, provided buyer has taken up insurance with us and the insurance company does not find any fraud and claim is successful.
